Ok so as in my hello thread , Iv a y22se engine from my frontera sat in my work shop waiting for a overhaul ( bottom end kicked the bucket )
Intention is to fix , improve and gain some power !
Iv started this thread to look for advice ( scrap man isn't a option )
Iv £1500 to put in this engine so anything is possible !
This is my first engine rebuild and is a huge learning curve !
So advice,pointers and direction with ref to performance parts supplies would be greatful
