Why can I not find the repair procedure in my repair manual for track rods ?

somebody I know replaced the track rods and track rod ends in December, now they need replacing again and I want to give it a shot this time because I would like to learn. I am equipped with a Haynes repair manual and have access to a friends set of tools.

The procedure for replacing the track rod ends is available but I cannot see the replacement procedure for the track rods themselves, why ?
