White stuff in my engine oil

I drained off my engine oil the other day and there is loads of creamy white stuff in it.

Any idea what this could be? I know it's been losing water as I've had to keep topping it up but I can't see where its going.

What car is it?
The leak may only be small so it will run pretty much normal. If the leak gets bigger then you'll have issues with starting and such.

get to the garage and they will put a pump on your water filler box, if it turns a certain colour then £££ :D.

I had a rover that had a "slight leak" then on day the exhaust of my car turned into a fog machine for the street, get it checked ;)

It's gotta be the head/block interface.

Get it fixed ASAP. You can wreck an engine by leaving it.

I've never had HG problems but they never fix themselves. Chemicals and additives don't really solve it.

Like teeth - if something breaks then you have a problem, go to a dentist. Teeth don't get better on their own.
