Hi. Long time reader, first time poster

I want to find out where can i get some specialist help on fitting a body kit to my car (Vauxhall Corsa 1.2, no wise cracks if you've read the 'Fine line between style and chav' thread :toung:), im talking about a tuning/styling garage. I live in London, so if anyone knows of a good place in or arround that area, I would greatly appreciate if you could share some info with me.

And also, how much should I expect to pay for a quality full body kit install?

Heres the body kit im thinkig of getting:

Daaaaarn.........Just got a quote from them on the matter, they would charge me around £750. Now i know they are the masters at what they do after cheking out their previous work..........but its a bit out of my pocket. I was looking for something arround £400, but then again i dont really know how much is worth spending; im looking for opinions here and advice

You do get what you pay for I'm afraid. You could ask your local body repair specialists for prices. If they are insurance approved they will have the proper spray equipment and trained employees.

I knew someone was gonna give me some stick for this ¬_¬ im just a young man who wants to make his rust bucket stand out from the crowd T_T have mercy upon me

Mate don't listen to them. Everyone has there own taste and if you want a body kit go and get one done. Forget what everyone else thinks. It's not about people liking your car it's how much attention it gets.

mate the corsa c is a nice looking motor to start with but little things can make it look better!!!
what colour car do you have???

Here's what ive got so far, the colour is Ford Focus ST orange aka "Electric Orange"
p.s. the second pic has the m3 style mirrors, that's what i current have on

That looks good buddy. I'd suggest you removed the strips down the sides of the car as well as the badges etc. Colour code the black plastic trim and then add something to the bottom of your bumpers to make it look a little lower then lower the suspension as well.

ive removed most of the badges already. im not sure what i can attach to the bumpers, im a bit worried if i lower it too much, it will have problems dealing with speed humps

i would remove the bump strips to but im guessing they where on the car when it was resprayed (if this is the case leave them on!!)
me if this was my car i would spray the chrome v grill and griffin badge black, big mouth and mesh the lower grill, de-badge the rear, tint your rear lights and side indicators, lower it and spray your alloys black

haha, i was also fooled by the 'chrome' v grill, its all just shiny plastic. but hey great tips here, i was thinking about spraying the wheels black also, should go well with orange

tbh mate i knew the grill was plastic i work with a lad who has the same car and he has sprayed his black (but initially i did think it was metal)

My last car was a corsa b & I had it dropped 60mm front & back on springs witht eh bump stop removed & never had an issue with speed bumps or multi stories. That being said, I didn't have a kit on mine
