i would like to buy some wheel spacers on my clio, i want the tyres, to be flush with the wheel arch. what size spacers do you reccomend guys.

10mm hubcentric and make sure you buy good quality ones like Eibach or H&R rather than e-bay cheapies.
I wouldn't go any bigger because I wouldn't want to add any more unsprung weight or put too much extra stress on the hubs.
You may need some longer wheel bolts too.

measure how much further you need them to come out.
but as MA has said stay away form the cheap thick washer stuff and go for quality hubcentric ones. for 10 mm you will most likely need longer ones although i think H&R include longer bolts with theirs

ok thanks people, i would buy some good ones, i seen a pair for 90 pound with the bolts. so i look in to that.
