This particular image is a 1989-90 model.

They aren't going to win races or awards, but there's something about the classic sharp lines of the 70's Golf with a little late 80's refinement (the following years saw the soft top model move to the MK3 shape - hideous).

The good old classic eh! One of the few that actually improves with age!

I quite like the R8 at the moment and the i8 is an amazing machine, probably a timeless classic but you never know it might look really dated in a few short years.

Have wanted a BMW M3 for many years but would be happy with an M2 or135 turbo

Well if you must have a dream car, then I don't think you should dilute it down just because it is difficult and hard to get hold off! A dream is a dream, if you really want it; then I wish you all the very best of luck...

SKYLINE R34 would be because they're just beautiful and I really really want 1. Would probably use as the daily and on track but my garage would be outstanding with the others lol
