Whats holding you back

The money, I can probably afford some major mods but not the running costs afterwards (fuel,tyres,clutch,brakes etc.....)
 
First you need a forged engine and a drivetrain that will hold together to produce and transmit that power for more than a weekend .

not that many engines can do this

But more importantly you, as in the driver , actually have to be able to control the car which may well be just as hard as the above .
 
mrs is what i have to get over too

Fortunately, my wife is a petrolhead also, so it is a lot easier. Her only criterion is that she is able to push the clutch down so she can drive it. I might not have managed that (twin plate cintered) but we will cross that start line when we get there :)
