What is your perfect weather and road for a drive

What do you consider to be the perfect weather and type of road for a fun drive?

It has to be a cool dry summers morning on a twisty coastal road for me. There is a nice one between Folkestone and Rye, with some great banked corners.

Weather - dry road, overcast sky, cold air.
Road - anywhere no else is.

Empty road, lots of tight bends but with good visibility through them. Snake pass was a favourite drive of mine but not been there in ages.

Wales seem to have plenty of lovely roads that fit the bill and it's pretty scenic all round.
