Weight difference gas vs diesel?

What would be the weight differences between a complete 2.0 turbo engine with turbos and exhaust, gas vs. diesel? Whats the general torque difference say in a 250hp 4 cylinder gas vs diesel?
I'm working on a Green Corvette project :blink1:. I just detailed it in a Help request on new member intro forum.
Any info or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanx

250bhp from a 2.0 diesel will be challenging.

Diesel engines are heavier usually cos they have heavier blocks.
