wanting to fit a rs turbo engine to my mondeo

i'm wondering how much work i'd need to do to fit a rs turbo engine into my 51 plate mondeo. i have a 51 plate mondeo and basically it is as fast as a slug, so i thought of the idea of fitting an rs turbo engine to give it a extra kick, the car is solid so it can handle the power its just i don't know how much work it would need.

another thing to remember is the old RS turbo engines were never all that reliable...
also they powered much smaller, lighter cars than a 01 plate mondeo, so you may well be disappointed with the performance!

probably a much better option than the rs turbo route,

I would say Cosworth but that would require a different drive train and isn't worth the hassle, what engine is it now? if it's a 1.8/2.0 16v na why not supercharge it or turbo charge that, it shouldn't be too much trouble
