Nice and youve washed it as well. Or did you make her do that for you :lol:

Fitted some new wheels to the W8 last weekend :)

I'll post some pictures once i've cleaned the rest of the car :p

Nice plate. Too late i know as i have only just remembered this link but it's worth keeping somewhere on the site anyway. Have a look at THIS . For other makes/models go back into the menu.
Click on the size/price under each wheel and it appears on the car and use the menu bar on the left to gauge types/size of rim.

Neh get some nice Ausi RS4 or even RS6 wheels. 19 inches standard and would make the car look sick!!! Also I would suggest a set of adjustable coil overs as big cars like these love to float round a bend like a barge. I know, my Vectra was like this and it weighed alot less than a Bora lol. But all was sorted with the suspension and changed the characteristics of the car no-end ;)

Bora? ;)

HERE's a link for those who can't get back to the main page. Just select vehicle, make etc and it will show you various options. Please bear in mind that it's an American link so possibly not all variants of make will be covered. Some you'll just have to find the Yank alternative.

What no A3! The prices look pretty good even with the appaling £ to $ rate.

What is import tax like at the moment from the US? Do we just pay VAT or is there an extra charge levvied?

How have you found the fuel, acceleration and handling with the new wheels on?

Fuel - still drinks it. Its heavy enough and juicy enough already not to notice.

Acceleration - still pretty good. I can't tell any difference. I did put one of each wheel (old and new) in each hand - and there wasn't massive amounts in it. New felt only slightly heavier.

Handling - Was horrific to start with. I put the stock pressures in them (40 front, 38 rear) and it was far too hard. I've taken them down and its handling absolutly fine.

Since taken some new photos after cleaning it:

It went into a friends body shop to have a dent removed and came out with a full machine polish :D

Nice and still quite shiny. I hope you've got some wax on those nice brake dust free wheels?
