volvo v70 locks

hi everyone, anyone tell me whats wrong with the door locks ??,when I unlock the car with fob the passenger side tries to unlock but sticks halfway, then the next time I open the car it opens normally,also the back o/s door catch does,nt open at all...is this to do with sencors ?,,if its opened manually it lock with the fob no problem....any advice would be welcome.....

volvo v70 2.5 1998......

It could be a little stiff, it might need lubricating or perhaps a new motor.
