Vauxhall Tigra 05 plate

Hi all, have a Tigra and having a few problems with it? bought in May all good until I went away for a week came back and boot/roof or boot button on boot now not working. Advised it may be battery so got it checked battery was fine, windows work etc. Anyway... battery was checked and at 58% so garage did not change. Got in car this morning totally dead just clicked when I turned ignition on. Took back to garage they have now fitted a new battery but roof and boot still not functioning. Now I start car fine as I start to drive there is a beeping noise 5 beeps then this stops, stopped and started car a few times but still does this beeping thing? it has a brand new battery on it now fitted today? any ideas on all would be very helpful.
