right, i am going to be the proud owner of a 2003 Honda NSR on saturday, the thing is, its its a bit less than 100 miles away.

so i didnt want to ride a shiney new bike back near to 100 miles on the first time out on the road after my CBT on roads that i have never seen or been on before, dont really want to crash a nice new bike

could wait another week after saturday to get the dealer to deliver it, but i dont want to wait

so Im trying to hire out a van to put in the back off.


the thing is, i have the choise of 2 vans, a VW caddy or a ford transit SWB.

my search skills are a bit lacking and cant find the dimentions of the loading bay of either. does anyone know if my bike will fit into either of them??

the dimentions are as listed below.

overall length : 79.1 inch
overall width : 26.7 inch
overall hight : 40.7 inch
wheel base : 53.1 inch
curb weight : 132 KG

I don't think your bike would fit in a Caddy mate...my Dad has one, they're not the biggest of vans.

ah right, cheers, i have found the dimentions now lol...

it should fit into a SWB transit but the caddy is a little bit too short.

would have said the SWB. caddy is too small for more than the shopping

heh yeah, i think theres about 500mill extra in the SWB, so will be going with that.

i had my old ns in my old caddy front wheel just come out the door

tranny will be better for the job
