Urgent help needed hdi

Hi folks
im in some serious trouble
i will try make this short as possible
bought a dispatch 2000 hdi
had a leak from an injector
went at it this morning
disconnected the battrey , took of the fuel line to one injector
could not get the injector out
so put everything back this is where it gets nasty
hooked up the battrey
and it wont start , the STOP light on the dash is flashing
its turning over just not starting
is it an immobliser prob ?
i need this van for work
so any help would be great
i only have one key and its not a fob
i do have a 4 digit code but the radio had been changed to a c d player
if anyone has any ideas i would be very grateful
