turbo on a non turbo

A friend of mine wants some help putting a turbo on his 2006 ford fusion se i have no clue why, but i agreed to help, we built a custom manifold already, and now i have no clue how to put a turbo on his thing. Its a 2.5.. any advice on how to tackle this things would be much appreciated
