turbo on a N/a 2.2l legacy

Hi Everyone..

i am a bit stuck i live in new zealand, and i really want to turbo my car i only want to run about 4 to 8 psi for kicks.. i was told i should only need exhaust manifold and turbo tee fittings for oil lines and front mount intercooler? is this right any usefull infomation would be good thanks :)
