Tinted rear lights - Track day

Hi Guys, I have a track ready BMW that I’m about to take to the track . Are you allowed smoked rear tail lights mainly Brake ?. Will I be ok or would you remove it ? Thankyou

My first question to you would be are they road legal and if so should be ok for track work.

It depends also on track regulations. If the red brake light is clearly visible you shouldn't have a problem, but if they are much dimmer it could be an issue.
