the mach 1

decided to take on a 73 mach 1 as a up and coming summer project. Now question is do i go original or really modernize it?

For me its one or the other there is no inbetween and if you are going to go original it has to be all 100% original otherwise there is no point

And daft as it sounds you may find this a bit harder to do than you think - there is always some original parts that are like rocking horse poo

My opinion would be stay original but as Sleeper points out it's gotta be 100% original.

100% might be hard the body is in less then poor condition

Very true.
Taking something back to 100% original is surprisingly difficult if the car has any age especially if it is a project .
Im doing this on a 1991 32GTR . Thought it would be easy and only take a few months .............. over two years later and it still isnt finished although it is close.
