The Icelandic Jeep

So basically a big engine, lots of metal tubes and nerves of steel! You're all mad! That should never have floated!

OK I'm impressed!

ok thank you Waynne.

I love the snowmobile allso, I have tested a few of them and it is great to just "floor" it and it is best if you do it in a bumpy area where you will jump.

I would love to test one of those jeeps somtime but I don't think I will race in this but if I will do it I will bring a car to one of your shows

Just found a site with some vid's and it will have some pic's soon but it's still being built. It is about the Formula Offroad series in Iceland:)

so, I just looked through pic's my friend got me from a show and there was a pic of the best modified street legal jeep in Iceland. It has 54"tires so it might even be considered as a big foot over there in Britain:toung:. I went through a car magazine that has an article about the show and found some specs:

Make: Dodge Ram 3500
Enging: 5,9 l. Cummins diesel engine
Hp: 480 hp at 2300 rpm
Torque: 12500Nm at 1750 rpm
Brakes: 18" brake discs with 2 pumps for each front tyre
Tank: 520 l. in 2 tanks
Tyres: massive 54 inch 20x17 tyres with "double bedlock"
