Had a fall off a ladder and ended up in hospital for 3 days with 5 busted ribs and a bruised spleen. Funny thing is that I never had a fall in all my years in the building industry from the age of 14 when there were no safety rules and regulations like now.
It was extreme agony having to lie down and get up from the cat scan table and am still sleeping in a chair some 20 days later.
BUT the good news is that I will be ok for me next event in app 3 weeks time
