Taking apart a VW badge

Hi im planning on sparying my front VW badge but i need to take the chrome bit away from the plastic bit so i can spary the chrome bit black and the plastic bit behind red anyone know how to get out of the 7 clips behind it ??

the 7 clips are you on about the the behind of the black bage that hold the chrome in place ? is so most of the VW badges are held together by plastic rivits. so these need drilled out spray and glue back together.

best idea would be to go to vw and get a spare to work on

Or the breakers yard will have a few you can happily experiment on.

Dont worry guys got as spare one sand put a flat head screwdriver behind it and pop it out clips still in tact
