Tailgate/Oil

Hi This is my first post can anyone help the tailgate on my Accord Sport will not close on auto push button nor will it lock at close.

Any ideas?

Also i am currently using castrol 0-30 Turbo Diesel oil you cannot buy this anymore is 5-40 OK or should i use Edge 0-30.
