Depends on how well it is done and yes it can be done.

If that is all you do then no. It will make a difference, but not a lot unless coupled with other performance mods.

Engines are builtpretty well these days so don't expect more than 5-10bhp improvement with just gas flowing, no matter how well it is done.

of course its possible, but dont only look at peak figures all the time a well worked head in conjuction with other breathing mods will make quite a difference to how the car drives/responds etc.
