Suspension

Hi all, having major problems with my suspension on my T reg VW Polo. The sound from the rear is dreadful and its begining to emerge at the front also. Just wondering how to rectify this problem and also if anyone else is having a similar problem.

need more info mate. T reg is what 1999 -2000 or there abouts,
has the suspension ever been changed ?
have the bushes ever been changed ?
what is the noise like ?
is it there all the time on just over rough ground
is it there when you push down on the dampners?

Sorry mate, yeah its 1999 an as far as i know the suspension is all original so probably knackered. I have a feeling its the bushes. The noise is when i stonk it over bumps an potholes an its like a creaking noise.
