My latest project after I get my thr33 back from body shop will be installing ALPINE iDA-X100 any advice or extended knowledge would be good.

Get some good quality speakers. For big sounds you really want a woofer and amp although for most car setups the 50W outputs should be sufficient on that.

It's quite a nice spec head unit.

any recomendations on door speakers, I plan to add mono and sub. Should I use the head unit for door speakers or will it lack in powering doors up to par when added sub and amp?
