One question, are the engine mounts the same!?

They are a similar priced engine so fit my range, and hopefully wont require new driveshaft+gearbox because its only about 20bhp gain.. will it be ok?

if its just the heads that are different then there shouldnt be any issues with mounts gearbox or riveshafts

The gearbox should take the 20bhp gain without a problem. It might feel a little low geared though as the power bands are different but this is kind of like installing a close ratio gearbox.

The mounts should be in similar locations if the engines are based on the same block. Don't forget you'll need a 16v ECU to get it working at peak efficiency.
