Steering wheel sizes

A few of us will remember the large bus steering wheels we had in our cars before the days of power steering.

What are your preferences? Big and thin, Small and chunky?

I like a wheel to be chunky with over 1 inch diameter, but I don't like the small "racing" wheels you see.

never had one of the bus sized ones but the prelude was a lot larger than the civcs although it did have power steering
