ok, how does this go? swap the entire steering wheel system and dashboard, or goes more easily? have anyone of ya done this before?

If you are talking about converting from left hand drive to right hand drive then there is quite a bit of work that needs to be done.
I saw a mustang at santapod that some guy had converted to rhd and he told me it was very expensive to do. Not straight forward by any means. A lot of parts need to be moved around.
