There are none in New Orleans.
They are lovely cars to work on, why not try some upgrades yourself? If you have a friend who is handy with a spanner it's a great way of learning?
Suspension mods, brakes upgrades and then focus on engine mods, start with an air filter upgrade, then camshaft and finish with a remap.
I'm in the UK so don't really know New Orleans or the surrounding areas. Web searches might turn up some useful contacts for you though. Most mechanics would be happy to fit your chosen parts for you, do your research carefully and you won't be paying over the odds for a straightforward part swap.
