IMO there are several indicators like
- Wearing a hat while driving
- Lawn bowls hat on driver or parcel shelf
- Flat cap at any angle
- Cap on sideways/backwards
-Distracting gee gaws/fluffy dice etc hanging from the rear view mirror
- Nodding dogs/ hula dancing dolls on dashboard or on the rear parcel shelf
- Gesticulating when talking to passengers
- looking sideways talking to passengers
- Incorrectly positioned dash cams and sat navs
- neon's
-Ridiculously slammed/lowered suspensions that can't drive over a speed bump
- Inability to merge at speed seamlessly into traffic flow
- Inability to keep in a marked lane when turning
- Ridiculous neg camber on a road car.

Hows that for starters ?:)

Lack of anticipation and reactionary driving rather than proactive driving. There are subtle things but for me the biggest issue with inexperienced drivers are a lack of ability to predict problems and usually positioning themselves badly.

Wheel spin is just not cool, it shows a complete loss of traction and control on the drivers part. It winds me up in the movies when you see lots of wheelspin, it does nothing other than wear out the tyres and make lots of noise!

Boy do I sound old and crotchety!

Was following a car with both mirrors folded in and a mattress in the back, they veered off into a road to the left and then swerved out again into my path! It was pretty close but I managed to brake and swerve and avoid a crash! MORONS!
