That has come up really well, did it take long or cost much to do? I bet you are so pleased with the end result!

It took about 2 weeks. Only had time after work and on weekends. Cost was not to bad, much cheaper than purchasing a new engine and lots of fun!!!!! I really enjoy this type of make over. It is amazing what a proper clean and a tin of spray paint can do. The finishing touch was the chroming and polishing.
 
The only best tip i can give is make sure that you wash the parts vey well and get all the dirt and grime of. Then you make sure everyting is dry before you paint the parts with undercoat first then a couple off layers of good quality heat resitent paint.
