Hi , My oil light keeps staying on even when i have max oil showing on the dipstick. What could be causing this? a dodgy sensor, low oil pressure or at worse the oil pump?

I had the same problem, turned out to be the oil pressuse switch. costs about £10-£15 for a new one.

Sorted it now! it was a the oil pressure switch. Must of been that flood i drove through the other week. cheers
