Roads very slippery?

Hey.

Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed how slippery the roads are at the moment? Coming down the lanes back from work yesterday evening... temperatures 3-4c, some parts of the road where really grippy but some places seem to have turned into feeling like ice rings - even without any ice.

Yes it's quite lethal down our way. No rain for a while allows the grime to build up on the roads, then when you get some rain it all turns into a slippery slidey mess. Nearly caught me out a couple of times today, I even clocked the alloy against a kerb quite hard at one point!

Aye, they are bad at the moment and it's not just the ice, it's the amount of winter muck on even the main roads.

It's the usual dirty winter gunge that messes things up for drivers, ice and snow are not the only enemies.
