Replacing timing belt/chain on Polo 1.6 i

Can someone provide guidence to me in replacing the timing belt or chain on my Polo Plya 1.6 i. ? I do have huge number of tools but no manual for this car.

155000 km on the clock at tis stage and some disturbing noises coming out there.
