Rear Discs

Hi there. Ive got a 1.0L 6N polo and am sick of duff brakes. Looking at rear discs. Anybody know a good conversion? Was lookin at a simple swap from a 6N 16V polo. Does this work? Either that or a Mk2 Golf GTI.

why are you looking at the rears if your not happy with the braking force ?
most of the braking force does come from the front so i would look at doing them up 1st
 
yeah i just wanted more braking from the rear when the front lock up. Plus the aesthetics of rear discs also. The front discs an pads are replaced yearly, fluid too.
