Hi Guys. I am going to change my standard A4 springs and shocks and put a H&R lowering kit (complete springs and shocks with bushes). The kit lowers the back by 35mm and front by 40mm. In addition to this I am replacking the standard 16 inch rims with some 17's, and have put a thinner tyre so the new rim/tyre measure exactly the same hight as the old rim and tyre did.

Once i have lowered the car and put the new wheel/tyre's how do you think the ride will be? will I feel every little bump and hole? I have got really high quality tyres, will this make a difference?

Finally, have any of you guys ever used H&R springs/shocks? And how do they rate?

Thanks:blink1::blink1::blink1::blink1::blink1::blink1:

Never used H&R before but the ride comfort will suffer, but it's the price you pay for better handling. Make sure you go around potholes and slow down for speed bumps properly.

Once fitted make sure you have the tracking done.

im on h&r track susp it awesome but the bushes wear out quite fast due to them being track where ther are no potholes etc.
