quick question!!

there is a drip of water coming from a pipe on the passenger side of my engine bay in my evo 4.the pipe is sticking out of the bulk head.could someone tell me what this is for and is it just an overflow pipe for something.
i only have the evo 3 days guys and i am eager to learn as much as i can about them as in tuning and performance.

Nothing to worry about, it's your air-con drain. if you look at the water, it should be crystal clear.
