I know that everyone thinks that they "have a right to drive" BUT it is actually a "privilege" that has to be gained by demonstrating a level of competence that will not endanger others on the roads.
It is crystal clear the driver in the clip is a danger to herself as well as everybody near her as she is uncoordinated and has zero situational awareness.
I firmly believe that the levels of skills that some have behind the wheel leave much to be desired and I'm sure that many have seen video clips like the one below that clearly show that driving is not for everybody just like I would be hopeless at things like Golf ,rock climbing or base jumping as I don't like extreme sports so I don't do them.
PS Kevin in the following clip is even worse IMO
