Private sale but guy is selling from a Unit

My bro is buying a car listed as a private sale. When he turns up the guy has a unit and makes a living buying and selling cars.

Does he have any comeback if the car turns out to be lemon?

Frankly, the man has just told one big lie on his advert so why would you then continue and buy a car from him? Walk away...

Must agree with T9 on this one. Stay clear........

Unless of course you just tell him he is a trader so you want a guarantee or you are not interested.

And if you are feeling really picky report him to the authorities
