Picking up the 316i tomorrow wanted to check what should I look for when examining the bimmer? For warning signs

Got the car its relatively in good nick just one issue is the paints clear coat has gone and some oxidisation of the pain is on the front left wing needs sorting.

Tiniest patches of rush on the sills but again nothing major and two locks need replacing should be Easy replacing the locks?
