Peugeot 207 2010 1.4 petrol repair

Hi, I have a peugeot 207 2010 1.4 petrol, it got engine management system faulty light on, warning comes and go away but when it light goes on, its radiator fan goes on for 5 minutes after I switch the car off,now its battery is fully drained, other then this car's thermostat is stuck open.. can anybody help me find solution or had a same past experience??? Thanks in advance
