Peugeot 206 fully chromed

I want to chrome my peugeot 206 with electric blue chrome lightning effect. But i dnt know if should wrap the car in chrome and apply blue chrome electric lightning effect or either spray the car chome and add chrome blue lightining.

And if i spray it, what is the best chrome paint to use???

It'll look horrible! If you really insist get it wrapped so you can reverse it.

The effect might have to be designed into the wrap. Not too sure though tbh. I think it'll be too much chrome. I think when a car has chrome rims etc the car looks best in a dark colour or maybe a candy colour (candy apple red?). Too much chrome will look tacky imo.
