Peugeot 205 lighened flywheel?

Hello,
my name is Luuk. I'm the proud owner of a 1998 peugeot 205 1.4 generation and I recently read an article that said cars can gain power by lightening the flywheel. So I was wondering how I can chose a flywheel that fits my little peugeot the best.

You won't actually gain power But you will get a more responsive motor as it will rev more freely with the lighter FW but will gain some engine braking and may need more revs on board when taking off from a standing start depending on exactly how light you go, so there are pros and cons you need to consider.

At the moment my 205 is all stock. It weighs just 750kg, has 75hp and accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in 10 seconds. Can you say my 205 will accelerate quicker when I lighten the flywheel? Or do I need to find out myself by trial and error?

It should get up to speed a little faster as the lighter FW has less inertia to overcome.
