Panama and Volvo

Where I live, there are no parts to make a volvo faster. Mostley Volvos are used and dicarded here.
I have an S40 with head and timing problems.
I have been offered Volvo v60 cross country to fix for 500.00 because a sensor cannot be found.
So I will retire shortly and would like to set up a shop for Volvo, any suggestions ?

Can you import parts easily? There are lots of suppliers just over the water.
