can anyone enlighten me on tinkering with VW turbos, i mean, widening inlet,outlets bleh bleh, and also polishing the head? Gains would be thanks Hi all btw :d

Thats quite a subject. I would split it in to. Head and intake work and actual turbo work. I think you are more interested in hearing about head work in which case you might find this article of interest http://www.torquecars.com/tuning/Porting-polishing.php :wink: .

speedy reply waynner just bought a bora 130 you see, i will remap etc etc but was wondering for any more torque twinks that can be done with the existing setup

It depends a lot on how much you want to spend. A supercharger would probably be a better bet than a turbo on that engine. Have you considered NOS as well?
