i have a honda prelude and today i tried to start my car and found out i had no electric at all, no lights, no hazards nothing not even a stereo, i tested the battery which is fully charged, the terminals on the battery are clean and i couldnt find a blown fuse in the car and all the earth cables look fairly clean is there anything else i shud be looking for or am i going to have to start saving for a new ecu? any advice you guys could give me will be muchly appericeated cheers

Big loss. Have you checked every earth lead connection? One from gearbox is normally the culprit. Check the connections from battery to starter and to fusebox. Process of elimination is the only route, check every line in the circuit. Regardless of ignition you should get lights, hazards, horn and perhaps brake lights with ignition off (not all cars do)
