Jus Got a 1300cc Nissan Micra
Need De-Tuning To Compete In 1000cc Class!
Any Ideas For Weight Reductions
Rollcages, Certain Seats, Etc...

Rip out the seats and dashboard, replace body panels with fibreglass or better still carbon fibre. Get some lighter wheels and tyres. Replace the drivers seat with a carbon fibre one

What detuning will you do to get it to conform to the 1000cc class?

Can you use turbos or superchargers in this class?

Im Not Doing The De-Tuning
Bit Of A Bummer

But Its Completely Empty Now
We're Allowed Turbos But Not Superchargers

Im Just Working Main Frame
Rollcage Etc... Interior Wise

Turbos are the answer then. Get the engine with low compression internals, cryo treat the block for extra strength, balance and blueprint the engine then bolt on the turbo.

nearly finished now needed respraying and everything so im around a month behind the deadline i promise it will be finished soon thanks for the help

just a pain in the backside sometimes though. would of been done by now if the respray didn't take so long and the roll cage even longer.
