Hi,
I'm Peter, living in Canberra, Australia (the capital of Australia, in case you didn't know ...).
I have a Smart 5453 Passion, a model not sold in Australia, so I'm anticipating problems getting parts locally.
I've previously owned a 450, and a 451.
I'm contemplating fitting a turbo, but without any technical skills, I'll have to find a suitable mechanic to do the job.
I also own a 2017 Volvo V40 T4 and a 2017 Volvo XC60 T6.

Hi to a fellow Aussie from the Covid free Sunshine State

I had a 142 Volvo that is now in my sons hands and he is restoring it and fitting a 2.3 turbo motor and has just had the custom manifold and dump pipe fabricated and it fits up to the Celica 5 speed that I had in it.
It will be a bit of a weapon when finished with the GT35 turbo and external gate hanging off the motor.

Each turbo system comes with everything you need for a complete installation. Typical installation time is about 6-8 hours. We, at SMART MADNESS have been trained and certified by the manufacturer to perform the installation of this system and offer that as an option for those nearby.
