hi all

i dont want to sound out place and i know this is not my post and i really dont want to high jack anyones post but i relly need help please with the below.


hi all i need some help please, i got a golf 3 vr6

im not getting any spark from my coil i changed the coil pack i changed the
crank sencer but still im not getting any spark the the motor turns over
ive checked if im getting fuel as well but still nothing.
ive cheked if there is anything lose as well

all i need i nneded to replace my clutch and pressure plate and when i put everything back the car did not through spark

i really need help on this one guys,

ignition control module? That's what it sounds like to me. Either that or it's something stupid, electrical, and easily overlooked.

if you have just replaced the clutch and have a problem you didnt have before then it is almost certainly something you did ( or didnt do ) when putting the car back together

I dont know anything about vr6s but look at what you touched that is part of the spark system when you changed the clutch .
Possibly an earth wire left off or not connected properly ?

will it help if i put it on a mchine to help check what the problem is or must the car be idleing while do that?

hi guys

iv put the car on the machine and its brings up the crank sencor so ill be puting it in today and hopefully this sorts by problem out.

hi guys

okay i changed all that i could, i replaced my coil pack, crank sencor, cam sencor i had my computer box check all checked out fine,

could it be that i missed a wire like a earth wire that could couse the problem as i had the car put on the machine and it indicated that the crank sencor was not working

please advise on waht all i can check
